“I started as a Fortum Forerunner trainee in 2009, which was a great challenge and opportunity for me. During the last part of the trainee program, I was coordinating the implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS) involving quality, environment and safety issues for my home company in Jelgava, Latvia. IMS turned into my new passion and brought me into the corporate EHS network (Environment, Health & Safety).”
