What is our recruitment process like?
Our recruitment process normally consists of two interviews; one is carried out by the recruiting manager and the other by HR. To ensure that we choose the right candidate for our vacancy, we often conduct a personality assessment. Sometimes we are assisted by one of our recruiting partners.
