Get to know us and how we work
Before the ink on your employment contract has had time to dry, we have started preparing for your arrival. We want to ensure that you feel welcome here right from the start.
During your first few weeks and months at Fortum with you will be given a thorough introduction and will complete our interactive introduction programme. You will learn more about how we work within the company and about our work with safety issues. You will also gain new insights into our HR processes. You will be invited to our group-wide introduction day and, after a few months in your new position, you will be asked to complete a survey about your experiences with the recruitment process and your initial time with us.
An open work environment
