Repurchase of shares

Currently, the Board of Directors has no unused authorisations from the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to buy Fortum's own shares. Shares repurchased by the company shall be cancelled by a separate decision of Board of Directors.

Daily repurchase information can be obtained from the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd.
