The nominal value of the shares is EUR 3.40 and each share entitles the holder to one vote at the Annual General Meeting. All shares entitle holders to an equal dividend. The registered share capital exceeds the aggregate nominal value of the issued shares due to the cancellations of the company’s own shares in 2006 and 2007 (in total 7,570,000 shares) without decreasing the share capital.
