COUNCIL OF STATE PROPOSES TO PARLIAMENT THAT AUTHORISATION SHOULD BE GIVEN TO REDUCE THE STATE OF FINLAND’S HOLDING IN FORTUM

According to the information given to Fortum, the Council of State will propose to Parliament that the Council of State should be authorised to reduce the State of Finland’s holding in Fortum Corporation from the present authorisation 50.1% to a minimum of one third. Today, the State of Finland owns about 75.4% of Fortum.
