Comments and position papers

Energy issues are becoming increasingly significant in our society: climate change, security of supply and the price of electricity are already a part of the mainstream dialogue.

As an active corporate citizen, Fortum offers expert advice to decision makers and non-governmental organisations in energy-related issues. As experts of the energy industry we, on the other hand, engage in an active dialogue and take part in consultations and provide authorities with constructive suggestions forming the basis of legislative proposals.

On this page you can search by category (below) to view our position papers and commentaries on key issues in the energy sector.
