A dinner committed to change

Together with Magnus Nilsson, who at the time was the head chef of Fäviken Magasinet, we opened a one of its kind pop-up restaurant in Åre, Sweden. The “Kabin 1274” restaurant served three once in a lifetime dinners in the legendary Kabinbana gondola lift. The aim was to make people think about their own behavior in relation to climate change, and one could only participate in the draw by travelling to Åre in a sustainable way.
