With the free Heat Online reporting service, you can easily find information about your district heating and cooling. You can find your properties' consumption data, invoices and reports gathered in one place. The online service is available for all Fortum´s district heating and cooling customers.

If you don't have credentials for Heat Online yet, you can register using the link below. Please note the different links for business and home customers.
Adding household members to the service
Residential customers registered with the Heat Online service can add other members of their household to use the service. If you would like to invite a member of your household to view your property information on the Heat Online service, please contact us by email at: kaukolampo
Heat Online contains lots of useful data
- Find consumption data, invoices and reports of your properties' heating and cooling gathered in one place.
- If you have a Fortum electricity contract, you can still monitor your electricity consumption in the Oma Fortum service.
- If you don't have credentials, you can create them using your customer number and your personal ID (private customers) or with your Business ID (companies).
- If you want to view your housing association's consumption data, log in or register as a business customer. To register, you will need your Business ID (Y-tunnus) and district heating customer number.
