Advisory Council

Fortum has an Advisory Council, which aims to maintain and further the dialogue between the company and its key stakeholders. The Advisory Council monitors and supports Fortum's business operations and discusses issues related to Fortum's operations and development with the Executive Management and the Board of Directors.

Fortum's Advisory Council includes Members of Parliament from different political parties, expert members from the business sector and employees representing Fortum's different employee groups.

Since the establishment of the Advisory Council, members have been paid the same meeting fee: 1500 euros per meeting for the chairperson, 1200 euros per meeting for the vice-chairperson, and 1000 euros per meeting for other members. In 2024, the Advisory Council met a total of three times.

The Advisory Council is invited by the Board of Directors. For the period 2023-2027, the Council consists of the following members:
