Apros® User Group Seminar in Hanasaari on 11-12 October 2023
Apros User Group seminar will be organized for the 9th time on 11-12 October, 2023. We welcome all Apros users to join the event, hear the latest news about Apros and share the experiences with other users worldwide. We are very much looking forward to meeting you at the event!
Registration
The registration fee per participant is 480 EUR (exclusive of VAT 24%).
The fee includes refreshments, lunches, networking dinner, and presentation material. Please, note that the cost of accommodation is not included. Early registration is recommended due to limited space, please register by August 31, 2023.

Venue and accommodation
The seminar is held at Hotel Hanasaari, which is also our warm recommendation for accommodation. The hotel is in a beautiful seaside location just 15 min drive from Helsinki city centre and 1.1 km from the nearest metro station (Koivusaari). The address of the hotel is Hotel Hanasaari, Hanasaarenranta 5, 02100 Espoo, Finland.
The seminar venue Hotel Hanasaari has reserved a quota of rooms available for the seminar participants to book for 11-12 October. The prices of the quota rooms are 116 € and 138 € per night (incl. VAT, breakfast) for a single and twin room respectively. Hotel bookings shall be made directly to the hotel with the booking code “Apros/Fortum”. Note that this quota is available until 5 September 2023.
