Manuela Mareva-Forsell appointed Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy

Fortum has appointed Manuela Mareva-Forsell as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy. She will start in her new role by 15 October 2026 and report to Simon-Erik Ollus, Executive Vice President, Corporate Customers & Markets.

Manuela brings more than 20 years of experience in strategy and transformation across global industrial and consulting environments. She joins Fortum from Metso, where she currently serves as VP Strategy Execution. Prior to Metso, she held several leadership positions at McKinsey & Company, working with strategy, operations and transformation on a global scale. Earlier in her career, she worked at A.T. Kearney and Whirlpool Corporation.
