Our work in practice
Our engineering and project expertise is at the heart of major nuclear investment and modernisation projects. One example is the ongoing low-pressure turbine modernisation at the Loviisa nuclear power plant, where the turbines are being modernised in phases in 2026–2028.
The project supports the plant’s reliable and efficient operation until the end of the current operating licence period in 2050 and is expected to increase electrical output by approximately 38 MW without increasing the reactor’s thermal power.
