FORTUM CORPORATION'S BOARD COMMITTEES
Fortum's Board of Directors has elected, from among its members, Peter Fagernäs
(Chairman), Esko Aho, Marianne Lie and Matti Lehti to the Nomination and
Compensation Committee.
Birgitta Kantola (Chairman), Birgitta Johansson-Hedberg and Christian Ramm-
Schmidt were elected to the Audit Committee.
