Reactor shutdown at Fortum's Loviisa nuclear power plant unit 1

PRESS RELEASE 24 September 2012

Fortum's Loviisa nuclear power plant's reactor unit 1 was driven to shutdown today, on 24 September at 12.43 EEST due to a stoppage of a feedwater pump. The incident did not cause any danger to personell, environment or the power plant.
