Fortum's Board of Directors has today decided to cancel all 72,580 Fortum shares currently owned by the company without decreasing the share capital. The cancellation will be entered in the Trade Register on or around 21 December 2018. After the cancellation of the shares has been registered in the Trade Register, the total number of shares of Fortum Corporation will be 888,294,465.
