Marco Ryan, member of Fortum’s Board of Directors, has announced his resignation from the Board following his recent appointment at the energy company BP.
Following the resignation of Mr Ryan, Fortum's Shareholders' Nomination Board has evaluated the Board of Directors' ability to function, and concludes, based on the recommendation of the Board of Directors, that the Board has full capacity to continue in its current composition until the 2020 Annual General Meeting.
