Fortum Poland customer service team shines again

For the second year in a row, Fortum’s customer service team in Poland has been awarded the prestigious Customer Service Quality Star - an important recognition that reflects Fortum’s ongoing commitment to delivering a smooth and supportive customer journey. 

— For us, no customer is ‘more important’ - everyone deserves attention, care, and expert support. We focus on the details, continuously grow our skills, and communicate with intention. We’re grateful to our customers for their trust and continued partnership,” says Sylwia Walterska, Senior Business Manager Customer Service and Operations at Fortum Poland.

The award is presented by the Polski Program Jakości Obsługi (Polish Service Quality Program), organized by Grupa VSC. This program has been monitoring the level of customer satisfaction in Poland for over 17 years, identifying companies that excel in customer service based on consumer feedback. 
 
This recognition is a proof of the trust and appreciation of customers who value the Fortum’s professional approach to solving their problems.
