Female Leader Engineer
We are a proud partner of the Female Leader Engineer Talent Program in Finland and Sweden. Female Leader Engineer is CoGig's annual talent program that is giving female engineering students the opportunity to make valuable contacts with Nordic companies with a focus on leadership. Through the program, the students get to develop their leadership potential and build a strong business network among both the companies and the other students for the future.
We have many Female Leader Engineer alumni working at Fortum. I think it is super valuable to have this great community of talented female engineers supporting each other.

During partner visits, companies are placed in the spotlight. This gives us the opportunity to highlight the company and, in particular, showcase the leadership paths our female engineers have taken throughout their careers.
