Içanadolu combined-cycle power plant, O&M consultancy services, 2015–2017

Description of the project

The İçanadolu Power Plant contributes needed generation capacity to the national power supply system and provides a flexible and reliable backup power source to accommodate fluctuations of renewable energy sources.

Under the contract Fortum is responsible for

• Providing guidance and tools for O&M Staff mobilisation, recruiting and training
• Providing guidance and tools for Operation and Maintenance Management
• Implementation of Fortum’s Integrated Management System (IMS)
• Technology transfer selecting and deploying needed IT tools: e.g. plant’s asset and maintenance management solution (Maximo®) and its training and development
• Create with customer the Environmental, Health and Safety process (EHS)
• Provide Fortum’s expertise with criticality analysis for the plant maintenance and spare parts strategy
