
Description of the project
The İçanadolu Power Plant contributes needed generation capacity to the national power supply system and provides a flexible and reliable backup power source to accommodate fluctuations of renewable energy sources.
Under the contract Fortum is responsible for
- Providing guidance and tools for O&M Staff mobilisation, recruiting and training
- Providing guidance and tools for Operation and Maintenance Management
- Implementation of Fortum’s Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Technology transfer selecting and deploying needed IT tools: e.g. plant’s asset and maintenance management solution (Maximo®) and its training and development
- Create with customer the Environmental, Health and Safety process (EHS)
- Provide Fortum’s expertise with criticality analysis for the plant maintenance and spare parts strategy
