Excellence in safety is an absolute necessity for reliable and efficient production. We want to ensure a healthy and safe workplace for all. Our commitment extends also to people living near our facilities.
Our safety work is driven by the goal of not just preventing accidents but creating safety culture – targeting to no severe or fatal injuries and TRIF < 1 by 2030 (Total Recordable Injury Frequency). Reaching the target level requires continuous work on safety culture and learning from incidents and near-misses, efficient risk management and incident investigation.
