Are you a new Yritys Online user? Here's how to create an account!

1-5 usage locations: Easily access the renewed Yritys Online by going to online.fortum.fi. Click "create access", after which you can enter your company's Business ID and Fortum customer number. Create a username with your desired email and phone number and start using the service!

More than 5 usage locations: You can access Yritys Online by going to yritys.fortum.fi. Click "create access", after which you can enter your company's Business ID and Fortum customer number. Create a username with your desired email and phone number and start using the service!

You can find your customer number, for example, on your order confirmation or invoice. Remember that the username is personal!

When you need more in-depth information about energy costs and expenses, it's time to expand to the Yritys Online Plus version.

The monthly fee service provides more detailed information about your properties and, if necessary, consultation regarding energy efficiency. You will also receive help with budgeting, consumption monitoring and optimization.

• The price of the service is €6.99/month/location (VAT 0%)

• The service is activated for all locations where you have a Fortum electricity contract

• Valid until further notice with a 14-day notice period

• We are now offering you the service for free for the first month!

• You can order the service from the Yritys Online homepage or through our customer service

Through the Yritys Online Plus service, you can connect with an energy advisor. Energy advice is a joint service between Fortum and Granlund for Fortum's corporate customers. Granlund's experts advise and answer companies' questions on a wide range of energy-related topics: consumption, optimization, costs, emissions and investments.

Typically, companies contact energy advice when they want to better understand their own consumption profile and get advice on managing energy costs.

As a property representative, you can see information related to electrical matters for the properties you represent. You can view energy contracts, monitor energy consumption and view invoices. You can access our Yritys Online representative service by sending the information requested below by email to sahko.yritys@fortum.com.

• Representative's name, personal identification number, telephone number, email address and representative's company name and business ID

• Names, business IDs and customer numbers of the companies represented

• Power of attorney, if previous authorization has not been verified

We will send you a username and password by email or text message when the representation has been created.
Please notify sahko.yritys@fortum.com of any changes related to the representation.

In the new, free Heat Online reporting service for our district heating and cooling customers, you will find your properties' district heating and cooling consumption data, invoices and reports in one place.

District heating or cooling consumption readings are no longer updated in the Yritys Online service. Logging in to the Yritys Online and Heat Online services is done with the same login credentials.
