You decide
When you receive a quote from us for a fixed period, you can take advantage of it by accepting the quote. You will automatically revert to hourly pricing after the period ends.
What is Hintasuoja?
With the Hintasuoja additional service, you can temporarily fix the price of your electricity if you have an exchange-traded electricity contract Yritys Tunti or Yritys Tunti Jatkuva. This provides security and stability, especially during periods when prices fluctuate the most.
You don't have to spend your time looking for suitable fixing times. We make forecasts and send you offers by email. If you choose to fix the price, you will get stability and predictability for that period, as the price of electricity remains the same, regardless of market fluctuations. When the period ends, you will automatically return to the original contract - or you can choose a fixed price for the next period as well. This way you will get both flexibility and security at the same time.
How does Hintasuoja work?
You receive offers all year round. You will receive an email or text message with an offer to lock the price of your electricity. The message will tell you the current fixed price and instructions on how to accept the offer.
The Hintasuoja service always applies to one period at a time. When you receive a fixed-price period offer from us, you can utilise it by accepting the offer. The contract will return to hourly pricing automatically after the period ends.
Accepting the offer is not mandatory – you can choose whether you want to take advantage of the offer or continue with a normal variable price contract.
The price of Hintasuoja is €6.99/month/metering point (VAT 0%).
The Suoralinja additional service is valid until further notice.
