Yes, you can! If you would like to receive your invoices by email, please contact our customer service at 0200 19100 or sahko.yritys@fortum.com.
We also recommend electronic invoicing, which sends the invoice directly to your company’s financial management system — an environmentally friendly option that avoids unnecessary paper use.
By choosing an electronic invoicing method, you will receive a discount of €0.40/month per contract on the basic fee of your electricity agreement.
You will also receive your electricity invoices electronically via the Yritys Online service. There, you can view your current and past invoices and check the status of any outstanding payments — including whether the payment has been registered by Fortum.
