Our collaboration with various charging point operators allows us to offer customers a comprehensive and user-friendly charging network. As a result, the pricing of our services may vary between charging points and operators.
Each charging point operator sets their own prices, which directly affect the final prices shown in the Charge & Drive app. Fortum does not own or operate the charging points visible in the app. These charging points are maintained by our partners, the charging operators, who define the base prices for their stations. Prices may vary significantly between operators and can depend on factors such as charging speed or time of day.
At times, you may notice a considerable price difference between our app and the original service of the charging point operator or drop-in charging. This difference is usually due to the operator’s pricing strategy. To ensure transparency, always check the charging prices in the app before starting a session.
We are continuously working with our partners to improve pricing for our customers, making sure it remains competitive and consistent across the network.
You can always check the current price of any charging station in our app. Just click the charger you want to use, and the price information will appear instantly.
When you want more convenience in your daily life, it’s a good idea to get a Charge & Drive charging device (RFID). You can order it either as a key or a card. The order can be placed directly through the app.
How to order a charging card or charging key (RFID):
Open the Fortum Charge & Drive app.
Tap “Account” at the bottom of the screen.
Select “Charging card.”
Choose either the charging card or charging key.
Fill in your address and delivery details.
Enter your payment information or choose from your saved payment options.
Select “Place order.”
The Fortum Charge & Drive RFID charging card or key will arrive within 7–14 days.
