If you place an order before noon, you can place an Express Relocation Service order for the same day Mon-Fri. The service fee for express orders is 20 € which you can order by calling Fortum's mover line.
Important information!
Please do not sign a contract based on moving if your household is not actually moving. If the current contract at Fortum has been terminated unjustifiably on the basis of a move, we require that it is returned to the original product and the contract holder.

When ordering, you can choose the start date of the electricity delivery. As your moving begins, the agreement will start on the next working day (Mon-Fri) at the earliest.
If you need electricity quicker, select the Express Relocation Service on the order form when making a new contract .
Express order for the same weekday (Mon-Fri): place the order during the morning. Service fee 20 €.
Express order for the upcoming weekend (Sat-Sun): place the order no later than Friday morning. Service fee 20 €.

Submit a notification of move, and you will automatically see the benefit on your electricity bill.
When you submit a notification of move as a Fortum customer, your contract will be transferred as it is. Your existing contract and price (or price level) will remain the same at your new address. We can start your electricity even for the same day for morning orders.

When you order an electricity contract on Fortum's website before midday, you can get the Express Relocation Service started on the same day, from Monday to Friday.
If you need electricity for the upcoming weekend, you can make an express order on Friday morning.
If you're are able to wait a little longer, you can get an electricity supply at no extra cost for the next business day. You can choose the start date of the delivery and a possible express moving service conveniently from the contract form when placing the order.
Please note that there is a service fee of €20 for express orders.
If you wish, you can also call Fortum's Moving Helpline and order a quick move by phone, 0200 80000 (local network charge/mobile call charge). The moving phone is open on weekdays from 8:00. to 17:00.
How do I terminate my current electricity contract?
When you submit a notification of move to a Fortum customer, the termination of the contract is the quickest way to do it. From our form, you can easily choose when you want to terminate Fortum's electricity contract for your old home. Of course, if you don't know it yet, you can leave the section open and terminate the contract later separately by notifying our customer service.

Yes, the Guarantees of Origin will be transferred to your new home when the electricity contract is transferred.

If the contract has a kWh price, as in the Fortum Kesto, Stable and Takuu contracts, the contract can be transferred just as well, but the pricing will be in line with the metering method of the new home.
The hourly priced Fortum Tarkka (Exchange Electricity) > the same terms and prices. If you have the Price Guarantee service linked to your Tarkka contract, it will also be transferred.
Notification of move / change of address in exceptional cases
Order a completely new contract for your temporary apartment so that the electricity delivery continues to your permanent apartment as well.
