With the Yritys Aktiivi contract, your electricity is purchased directly from the power market into a joint procurement portfolio. The procurement portfolio price is stabilised by purchasing electricity in smaller portions over a long period. The portfolio consists of many companies, all of which are committed to buying electricity for a longer period.

You also support the development of low-carbon electricity production – the electricity in this contract is produced from low-carbon sources. This is verified by nuclear guarantees of origin, which Fortum buys in the amount corresponding to your electricity consumption.

Fortum’s Yritys Aktiivi joint procurement portfolio is suitable for all types of businesses – from those with moderate electricity consumption to high-usage companies. It’s ideal for businesses that value transparent electricity procurement, price predictability, and want to commit to joint purchasing together with other companies.

The monthly invoicing price of Yritys Aktiivi is based on the monthly actual price of the joint procurement portfolio and the pricing model you chose at the time of signing the contract.

Yritys Aktiivi: Base fee €5/month. The price of energy includes a commission of 0.3 c/kWh. The prices include VAT 0%. Yritys Aktiivi is the most affordable option when your company’s electricity consumption is less than 40,000 kWh per year.

Yritys Aktiivi Smart: Base fee €10/month. The price of energy includes a commission of 0.19 c/kWh. The prices include VAT 0%. Yritys Aktiivi Smart is the most affordable option when the company’s electricity consumption is 40,000–240,000 kWh per year.

The contract is valid until further notice and can be terminated with six months' notice. This ensures that the effect of customer turnover on the portfolio’s average price remains as small as possible.

The price forecast is the best view of Yritys Aktiivi's price development at the time of its creation. The price forecast may change, and therefore does not guarantee future prices. The formation of the Yritys Aktiivi price is influenced by various elements, such as the purchase price and acquisition costs of electricity, the profile cost and volume of the portfolio, as well as the hedging levels of the portfolio and their prices.

In the price forecast, the best possible estimate of market prices and volumes is made. Regarding prices, the forecast uses public market data, and regarding volumes, the estimated electricity consumption of the Yritys Aktiivi portfolio's customers. Realized prices are determined according to real market prices and customers' actual electricity consumption.

The monthly invoicing price of Yritys Aktiivi is based on the monthly actual price of the joint procurement portfolio and the pricing model you chose at the time of signing the contract.

The agreement is intended for customers whose electricity consumption is up to 10 GWh per year. The agreement is valid indefinitely and can be terminated with a 6-month notice period.
