The bond offering was oversubscribed. The order-book totalled approximately
EUR 3.6. billion and included over 250 international investors.
The bonds will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
Citigroup, ING, Royal Bank of Scotland and Unicredit acted as joint book-runners for the transaction.
