Fortum will publish three interim reports in 2023:
- January-March on 11 May 2023 at approximately 9.00 EEST
- January-June on 4 August 2023 at approximately 9.00 EEST
- January-September 2 November 2023 at approximately 9.00 EET
Fortum's Annual General Meeting 2023 was held on 13 April 2023. The AGM decided that a dividend of EUR 0.91 per share be paid for the financial year 2022. The dividend will be paid in two instalments (first instalment EUR 0.46/share and second EUR 0.45/share) and the dividend related dates are:
- The ex-dividend date of the first dividend instalment: 14 April 2023
- The record date of the first dividend instalment: 17 April 2023
- The payment date of the first dividend instalment: 24 April 2023
- The ex-dividend date of the second dividend instalment: 29 September 2023
- The record date of the second dividend instalment: 2 October 2023
- The payment date of the second dividend instalment: 10 October 2023
